Gran parte della loro produzione viene esportata nei principali Paesi del Mondo.
Eccoci giunti alla degustazione , in tavola la coreografica composizione con il pane della casa:
- Misto di Verdure al vapore croccanti, da condire con l’Olio Extravergine "Il Silene 2010" (so well presented and inviting that the fork was faster than the camera, sorry);

Per tutta la serata, dopo la simpatica introduzione/presentazione di Gianfranco Soldera , Mauro Mascarello ha intrattenuto gli ospiti ( arrivati fortunosamente a causa di un’improvvisa e abbondante nevicata ), descrivendo la sua Azienda i suoi Vini e poi più specificatamente le bottiglie portate per l’occasione.
La serata si è conclusa a tarda notte tra applausi, ringraziamenti e saluti .
